Rick Martinez
As CEO of r2 Technologies, his company offers IT direct placement, consulting and project-delivery services in the marketplace since 1997. Founder and CEO Rick Martinez realized that the best IT talent consistently seek and find each other. His goal is to provide a “virtual network” for the exchange of ideas, concepts, solutions, and resources.
His company brings together some of the brightest minds and gives them a chance to network, learn, grow, and solve today’s key challenges.
Sixty-four percent (64%) of all placements within the company originate from a professional referral. The average r2 consultant has more than 15 years in the IT industry and is a proven performer in various industries and markets.
It is the r2 mission of cultivating long lasting positive relationships with its clients and consultants that continues to be the foundation to our Network.
Steve Gunner
In 1993 Steve co-founded Force Five, Inc. a leading provider of contingent workforce services catering to North America’s IT industry, with Paul Baldwin. Steve co-founded Knowledge Tranzfer, Inc. in 1999, to provide CRM consulting and systems integration services to companies in North America.
In 2005 Knowledge Tranzfer acquired Abacus Technical Services, an IT supplemental staffing firm, and Steve became Chief Executive Officer for the combined Knowledge Tranzfer and Abacus business units. In 2008 Knowledge Tranzfer and Abacus became part of the Paranet group of companies.
In June 2014 spearheaded the acquisition of the Abacus business unit from Paranet. Over the last 8 years Steve has completed the acquisition of four (4) staffing firms and integrated them into Abacus (Sentari Technologies, Verity Recruiting, Kandil IT, & The Insource Group).
Steve serves as the President for the Dallas Chapter of TechServe Alliance.
Sankar Azhakesan
Before joining Doyensys, he held various roles at IEM Global Services, CentruryLink as a CRM Specialist and is experienced in Design and Development of CRM Solutions using CRM Products like Amdocs and Remedy.
Doyensys is a boutique IT Services company that provides a niche in Enterprise Applications – Oracle and ServiceNow. His company helps clients to leverage cutting edge applications to exceed the business goals. His company is an expertise in Oracle eBusiness Suite (EBS), Oracle Database Management, Oracle Cloud and ServiceNow.
Barbie Barta
She joined Avizion Technologies Group in 2015 to facilitate a turn-around for the company. In 2016, the company was rebranded to Business Centric Technology.
Barbie finds joy in building trusted partnerships and cultivating strong professional relationships.
Her passion for achieving organizational success is based upon a quality stance that encourages respect and supports growth.
Barbie is associated with and serves on several boards including SIM/DFW Board, NPower Advisory Board, TechServe Alliance Board, and the Renaissance Leadership Group. She and the company are sustaining members of the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council.
Jason Clayton
Jason has been a part of the TechServe Alliance community for many years. He has served on the local Dallas board for many years and served as treasury, secretary, VP and president. Jason also served on the national board as well for years and enjoyed helping to bring about solutions to the IT staffing ecosystem.
Jason joined BCT in 2018 to lead and drive the sales organization and grow the company. He is passionate about working with clients and finding ways to solve their IT workforce issues. In his free time, Jason enjoys spending time with his family and the outdoors.
Johnnie Goodwin
As a leader and coach, Johnny shares his diverse background in sales and recruiting to continuously develop his team and create a high-energy, high-activity environment for success. His leadership style is based on leading at the speed of trust, empowering his team, and creating a culture of high revenue generation. Johnny works hard on a daily basis to ensure that everyone on the team is aligned with the company’s goals and values, which has resulted in excellent outcomes and growth for both his sales and recruiting teams.
Johnny is a devoted family man, married to his wife Jinnifer for over 20 years, and they have four wonderful children – Justine, Allyssa, Drew, and Jameson. In his free time, he enjoys playing golf, bowling, and searching for antique treasures.
James Jackson
James was previously a sales executive for Dialexa, a digital product engineering firm based in Dallas. He was responsible for new client acquisition and managing client relationships throughout the product development process.
James is programs co-chair for the Dallas chapter of TechServe Alliance. He is also on the fundraising committee for the Yellow Rose Foundation, a non-profit organization that raises funds for Multiple Sclerosis research.
Patrica Simpson
Her background includes over 12 years as a top performing IT Recruiter and over 4 years selling IT solutions and services to CIO’s & IT Directors of large enterprises.
It was in these roles that she fine-tuned her sales and marketing skills before returning to Whitaker in 2019 as Director of Sales. Patricia was recently promoted to Vice President and in this role works closely with the Business Development and Recruiting teams to deliver highly skilled IT resources to clients enabling them to achieve their critical priorities and objectives.
She earned her CTS (Certified Temporary Staffing Specialist) certification in April 2007, and currently lives in the greater DFW area with her husband and two sons.
Nivas Nidampalli
Fast forwarding to this day, Nivas has one of the most commendable track records in the history of employee engagement, customer satisfaction, service delivery management, presales, end-to-end sales management, marketing, HR, recruitment, and operations. He is also affluently acquainted with many MNCs and has on-the-ground knowledge of the American and Asian markets.
As the CEO of Indus River Technologies Inc., Nivas primarily concentrates on Business Development by building and managing new practice areas. Additionally, he undertakes the responsibilities of managing and supervising his teams for end-to-end sourcing, resource delivery, and customer success. He is surely a gifted IT and talent acquisition leader manifesting brilliance in B2B/B2C technical sales, strategy, contract negotiations, sales planning, and forecasting – coupled with team, market, and product turnaround strategy. All of this is also atop his credentials in account management of Fortune 500/1000 companies, along with price positioning strategy, and strategic alliance.
Nivas completed his Engineering degree from Nagpur University in 1990 and pursued his career in multiple domains from 1991. During his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family and friends. His other interests include playing sports & hiking on nature trails.
